STRAIGHTEN YOUR SILHOUETTE
A straight spine - the lumbar spine, pulled-in and tense abdomen, just like in dance, as well as drawn-back shoulder blades and buttocks slightly pushed back -
RELAX YOUR HANDS
Keep your hands and arms relaxed. Whenever you want to use them - simply try either to shake your hands or move them as if you were changing a light bulb. This simple technique will automatically relax your hands and fingers.
FOCUS ON YOUR LIPS
Your lips attract attention and are a sign of femininity. Let them be charming, beautiful, and naturally parted in the photos. While posing, try to breathe through your mouth. Then, your facial expressions will be exceptionally natural.
Remember! Don't clench your lips. It always emphasizes wrinkles and completely changes the perception of the photo.
be aware of your gaze
Eyes are another element that attracts attention in every portrait. That's why it's so important for the gaze to be aware and confident. And it doesn't matter whether we're looking sideways, into the distance, or directly into the lens.
use your HIPS
Hips are an incredible force in posing. Thanks to them, your frames will look exceptionally feminine, sexy, and encouraging. Remember to shift your body weight from one hip to the other –pressing it firmly to the side. This will highlight natural curves, and the entire silhouette will become more dynamic and alluring.
highlight your LEGS
To add more dynamism to your frames, straighten your legs. Extend, cross, move them to the side. Bend your knees and bring them closer. Any action will be ok. It's important not to maintain symmetry all the time. Photography doesn't like it. Therefore, the rule of triangles (where your legs form angles like in a triangle) - will work perfectly here.
accentuate your arms
Try to draw your arms towards yourself to make the frames less predictable. Even pulling your arms minimally gives great results. Round your shoulders, gently raise your arms, glance over your shoulder, raise and lower your arms alternately. Remember! Your shoulders and collarbones add immense femininity to photos!
